Why does the founder tier charge $5000?

Revenue Acceleration Diagnostic (RAD) is priced at cost of delivery for founder-tier so you can commission without approval-committee friction. The pricing reflects the specific scope. PE portfolio RADs are priced differently.

What if we don't engage further?

Legitimate outcome. Many RAD clients take the roadmap and implement internally. Approximately 40% of founder-tier RADs convert to AI build or Fractional CRO, the rest use the roadmap as a self-delivered plan.

Is RAD appropriate for pre-revenue businesses?

No. RAD requires an operating commercial engine to diagnose. Typical floor: $500K revenue.
