TERMS & CONDITIONS
Agreement Confirmation
By making your first payment using the Stripe payment link, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Domination Tier ($10,000 / month) Guarantee
This tier includes the full performance guarantee:
- A revenue target will be mutually defined at the beginning of the engagement.
- If that target is not achieved within 18 months, you will receive 100% of your investment back, no questions asked.
- This guarantee applies only to the $10,000/month Domination Model.
Growth Tier ($5,000 / month) Conditional Guarantee
This tier includes a limited performance guarantee:
- We mutually define your revenue target before onboarding.
- If the target is not hit in 18 months, we continue working with you for free until the target is achieved.
- This guarantee is valid only if all required implementation tasks are completed by the client.
The 2X18 Pledge™ Guarantee
If you fully implement the Referral Power Engine™ and do not double your revenue within 18 months, we refund 100% of your investment.
Guarantee applies only if:
- All payments are current and no late payments have occurred (policy refinement).
- You participate in all sessions and implement all systems (policy refinement aligned with “participate fully”).
- You communicate consistently with BiB.
- You have worked with BiB continuously for 18 months.
Payments
- Payments are collected monthly via Stripe (recurring). Unless previously agreed to pay in full.
- Final month must be paid in full (no partial refunds).
Termination
- Either party may terminate after the initial term with 30 days’ notice; notice is triggered from your next payment date.
- Immediate termination for confidentiality breach or payment failure.
Client Responsibilities
- Respond to warm leads using provided scripts; run/attend sessions; provide timely revenue reporting (when applicable); communicate progress.
Intellectual Property
- BiB systems, scripts, workflows, AI tools, and templates are proprietary; for internal use only. Do not resell, license, or share externally.
- Refunds: Once access to any system, process, or training has been granted, refunds are not available outside of the guarantee above.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (UK jurisdiction) 16542759.
